Howie Sell, PMP, PSM1, BRMP has over 29 years of work experience, starting in 1990 with Medline Industries. Howie began as an Implementation Specialist and advanced to leadership roles such as Senior Support Specialist, Installation/Implementation Specialist, and Midwest Regional Sales Manager.

In 1999, Howie joined Lake County as a Business Consultant. Howie served as a trusted advisor to various departments and led cross-functional Business and Technical teams. Howie evaluated technology vendors and solutions, improved agenda management workflows, selected and implemented a countywide Service Desk System, and assisted in selecting a new Web Content Management System.
