Technical Account Manager at Converge Design

Phillip Lewis has been in the engineering and design industry since 2006. Phillip began their career as a student at Auburn University. In 2010, they began working as a Freelance Industrial Designer, offering a range of design services to help clients turn ideas into a reality. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Contract Designer at RR Donnelley, creating new web-based manufacturing techniques, designing packaging for Motorola, and using CAD modeling and rapid prototyping to develop innovative, minimalist packaging. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Mechanical Designer at ViaSat, designing antenna systems and mobile components and containers for portable antenna systems. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Applications Engineer at EpiGrid, providing cloud hosted solutions specializing in SOLIDWORKS products and engineering environments. Since 2018, they have been working as a Technical Account Manager at Converge, a new VAR (Value Added Reseller) and member of the SOLIDWORKS Professional Channel.

Phillip Lewis completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University between 2006 and 2010. Phillip has since obtained several certifications, including ELITE Applications Engineer from Dassault Systèmes in February 2019, Certified DriveWorks Professional from DriveWorks in March 2015, Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert from Dassault Systèmes in 2015, Advanced Drawing Tools from Dassault Systèmes, Advanced Mold Tools from Dassault Systèmes, Advanced Sheet Metal from Dassault Systèmes, Advanced Weldments from Dassault Systèmes, and Certified Enterprise PDM Administrator from Dassault Systèmes.
