Bianca Rivera

Bianca Rivera is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in creative agency operations and client management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at TVCF | the very creative firm since August 2023, Bianca specializes in large-scale live shows and video production. Bianca also holds the position of Project and Client Manager at Converge Firm, focusing on project management and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. In addition to freelance project management and consulting work, Bianca previously contributed as CX Lead at Bespoke Post, managing learning and development initiatives, as well as operations at Glossier, Inc. and talent acquisition at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America. Bianca began a career in entertainment as a performer at Walt Disney World and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of the Arts.
