Liza Katsman is a consultant, strategist, and facilitator, focused on helping leaders embed DEI-centered practices into their organizational culture and business operations foundationally. Her 10+ year career moved from education, into corporate business operations at Sony Pictures, and most recently organizational change management; this gives her a unique perspective from multiple institutional levels on the DEI landscape and implementation. Her B.S. from UCLA focused on neurophysiology of memory and learning, with applied research in psychology of stereotype and stigma. She also earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson, where she was awarded top graduate in Organizational Management.
