Jocelyn Sanchez-Mendoza is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in quality management, statistics, and process optimization across various sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Converge ICT Solutions Inc., since January 2020, Jocelyn leads sales support and bids management teams while analyzing sales performance for senior management. Previous roles include Head of Customer & Process Experience and Quality Management at Globe Telecom, and significant positions at Intel Technology Philippines Inc., where responsibilities spanned quality analysis and process improvement.
