Milan R. has a diverse work experience in the IT security field. They are currently working as a Security Engineer at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. starting from March 2022. Before this, Milan worked at Johns Manville where they held two roles. They first served as a Cyber Security Specialist from December 2018 to March 2021 and then transitioned to the position of a Senior Security Operations Center (SOC) Engineer from April 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, Milan worked at Seal IT Services s.r.o. where they had three roles, starting as an IT Support from July 2008 to July 2011, then transitioning to an IT Specialist from July 2011 to March 2017, and finally becoming an IT Security Specialist from March 2017 to September 2018.

Milan R. pursued their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Technology from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their degree, Milan has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2005, they completed the CCNA 1.semester Networking Basics course at the Cisco Networking Academy. The following year, in 2006, they obtained the CCNA 2.semester Routers and Routing Basics certification from the same institution. Milan continued their education by achieving the MCP certification from Microsoft in May 2016, followed by the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification in June 2016. In 2017, they obtained three certifications: the Certified Security Professional - 30-day Windows Security Crash Course from CQURE Academy in July, the Certified Security Professional Specialization: 360 degrees Penetration Testing Course from CQURE Academy in September, and the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from EC-Council in September. Milan expanded their knowledge and expertise further in 2018, acquiring four certifications: the MCSA: Office 365 from Microsoft in July, the MCSA: Windows Server 2016 from Microsoft in September, the Certified Security Professional Specialization: Hack into your environment from CQURE Academy in September, and the Certified Security Master Specialization: Advanced Windows Security for 2018 from CQURE Academy in March. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Security Master Specialization: Advanced Windows Security for 2019 certification from CQURE Academy in February. Milan's certifications continued to accumulate in 2020, with the OSCP - Offensive Security Certified Professional certification from Offensive Security in July. Milan then obtained a series of certifications from Hack The Box in subsequent years, including the Completed Penetration testing PRO Labs - Dante - Penetration Tester Level 1 certification in February 2021, the Completed Penetration testing PRO Labs - Offshore - Penetration Tester Level 2 certification in June 2021, the Completed Penetration testing PRO Labs - RastaLabs - Red Team Operator Level 2 certification in December 2021, the Completed Penetration testing PRO Labs - Cybernetics - Red Team Operator Level 2 certification in October 2022, and finally the Completed Penetration testing PRO Labs - Zephyr - Red Team Operator Level 1 certification in May 2023.
