- Converge Technology Solutions Corp. (2021-present): Currently working as the IOC and NOC Manager and previously served as the Infrastructure Operations Center Team Lead.

- Syntax (2019-2021): Worked as a Network Engineer.

- T-Systems (2010-2017): Held the position of Sr. Network Engineer and was responsible for the DHL Regional Data Center Americas. Was involved in transitions, transformations, remediation, and operations for the DHL Data Center servicing the American Continent and Caribbean Islands Operations. Also worked on the Transition, Transformation, and Operation of the OneAmerica Data Center under T-Systems Administration.

- Softtek (2008-2010): Worked as a Jr. Network Engineer. Tasks included deploying TACACS+ & Cisco Works for the CANLA Region of Honeywell. Also served as the National Network Administrator for DHL Express Mexico.

From 2000 to 2005, Rafael attended Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a degree in Ing. Sistemas Computacionales (Computer Systems Engineering).
