James Callagher

James Callagher, PMP has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and consulting. James has held various senior positions in different companies, including Convergence Acceleration Solutions/CAS Group, ProCom Consulting LLC, CXForward, Amdocs, Cogent Company, NTT/Verio, and Verio, Inc. James'sroles have ranged from Director of Business Readiness to Senior Consulting Manager and Management Consultant. James has a strong background in CRM and has demonstrated expertise in guiding organizations through business transformations.

James Callagher, PMP received a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008, a Certified Pega Business Architect certification from Pegasystems in 2018, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020.
