Ryan Northcutt

Ryan Northcutt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan is currently serving as the Head of Americas Telecom Business Development at Convergence Acceleration Solutions/CAS Group, a Wipro Company. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Partner and Client Partner at the same company, managing and serving the business needs of large telecommunications and media clients, with a focus on the Comcast NBCUniversal account.

Before joining CAS Group, Ryan owned and operated Llano Residential and Commercial Carpentry LLC, specializing in custom interior trim and finishing woodwork, furniture/cabinet build-outs, and restoration carpentry.

Ryan also held positions at PMG Advisory as a Managing Director, where they provided strategic and operational leadership decision-making for organizations needing restructuring and streamlined operations. At Unify Consulting, they served as the Managing Director responsible for establishing a new consulting presence in Dallas.

Ryan also gained experience at IBM iX as the Director of Enterprise Client Advisor, where they introduced innovative solutions to digitally transform enterprise healthcare providers and other Fortune 500/1000 industry leaders. Ryan also worked at Slalom Consulting as a Director, driving sales and growing existing business within the telecom and financial services industries.

Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Amdocs Consulting as a Consulting Manager, overseeing global OSS/BSS software and services for telecoms. Ryan also held various roles at I Net Solutions, including Integration Manager, Independent Management Consultant/Owner, Program Manager at FedEx Kinko's, Business Transformation Manager at Hyphen Solutions, and Project Manager/Public Speaker at Real Foundations, Inc.

Ryan'scareer began at BearingPoint as a Senior Consultant, and they also worked as a Consultant at KPMG US. Overall, Ryan's work experience demonstrates expertise in business development, client management, strategic leadership, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

Ryan Northcutt obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Quantitative Business Analysis from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 1992 to 2000. During the same period, they also pursued a BBA degree in Management Information Systems from Baylor University. In 1994 to 1995, Ryan attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, majoring in IS. Prior to their university education, Ryan graduated from Robert E Lee High School in San Antonio, TX in 1992 with a High School Diploma. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Board Leadership Development Workshop" from Community Associations Institute in 2006, and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) from the Turnaround Management Association. Ryan also completed the course "Leading with a Growth Mindset" offered by LinkedIn in 2024.
