Koral Kartik, B.Eng, ITIL, PMP has had an extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Network Performance Specialist at Rogers Communications in 2004. Koral then progressed to various managerial positions within the company, including Team Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Enterprise Program Manager. In these roles, Koral led teams and oversaw the execution of enterprise programs and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Koral was also recognized for their exceptional performance as Sr. Manager of Enterprise Solution Delivery, where they led global teams and implemented technical solutions for enterprise customers. Most recently, Koral worked as the Director of Professional Services at Convergence Networks, responsible for IT-PMO and technical delivery. Additionally, Koral was involved in volunteer work as the Vice Chair of Internal and External Partnerships at Rogers Communications. With a background in engineering and certifications in ITIL and PMP, Koral brings a wealth of expertise and leadership skills to their work.

Koral Kartik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University, which was obtained between 1999 and 2003. Koral has also obtained additional certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2009 and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ITIL4 Foundation. In 2019, Koral obtained the SIP Essentials certification from Alta3 Research, Inc. Currently, Koral is pursuing two Executive MBA degrees, one from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and another from Schulich School of Business - York University, which are expected to be completed in 2023.
