Courtney Heredia

Courtney Heredia is an experienced professional in people operations and administrative support, currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Convergent Energy + Power since May 2022. Previously, Courtney worked at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development in the Emergency Operations Division as Administrative Support from March 2020 to May 2022. Additional roles include College Counselor at John Jay Upward Bound from September 2018 to February 2020, and various internships in family treatment, business services, urban farming, client services, and research. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Counseling from Ithaca College, completed in 2018.
