Desean Taber

Desean Taber currently serves as a Rotation Analyst at Convergent Energy and Power, contributing to efforts aimed at enhancing the electrical grid's sustainability and reliability through advanced energy storage technologies. Previously, Desean held multiple roles at Dynamo Energy Hub, including Business Development Manager and Business Development Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed driving sales growth, managing sales pipelines, and conducting market research within the clean energy sector. Additionally, Desean led the Dance Council at Columbia University's Performing Arts League, fostering collaboration within the arts community. Before academic and professional endeavors, Desean was a Professional Dancer with Boston Ballet, performing extensively both nationally and internationally. Desean earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Business Management from Columbia University, along with coursework at Columbia Business School.
