Johannes Rittershausen has a diverse background in the energy sector, with experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. Currently serving as the Co-Founder & CEO at Convergent Energy + Power, Johannes is responsible for driving organizational growth and overseeing key aspects of the company. Prior to this, Johannes held roles at Southern California Edison, where Johannes focused on energy storage, SmartGrid, and electric vehicle readiness. Johannes also has experience in energy analysis and event coordination. Johannes's educational background includes a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Pomona College and a MA from Georgetown University.
