Katlyn Lawver

Katlyn Lawver currently serves as VP of Pre-Construction at Convergent Energy and Power, having previously held the position of Director of Development Engineering at New Leaf Energy, Inc. from July 2022 to December 2023. With extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, Lawver managed up to 350 projects annually, developed strategic visions for engineering teams, and established performance metrics aligned with business goals. Notable achievements include the creation of automated design software, project evaluation systems, and dashboards for KPI tracking. Prior positions include Director of Development Engineering at Borrego Solar Systems, where Lawver managed a high volume of projects and developed key optimization tools.
