Iden Haddadzadeh has a long and varied work experience. From 2003 to 2017, they have held seven different roles in six different companies. In 2003, they began as a Financial Analyst at The Home Depot. In 2005, they became a Financial Advisor Trainee at Morgan Stanley. In 2006, they started their own company, Urban Collection, as the Owner & Managing Director. In 2012, they moved to Illumina as a Diagnostic Product Marketing. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Marketing and Business Development at BaseHealth, Inc. (which was later acquired by Genalyte). In 2016, they became the Vice President, Business and Strategy at Naked Biome (which was later acquired by Symbiome). Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Convergent Genomics.
Iden Haddadzadeh earned a B.A in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara between 1998 and 2002. Iden then went on to earn an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School between 2010 and 2011.
