Wilhelm Wilim

Wilhelm Wilim has a comprehensive work experience in the field of security and information technology. Wilhelm began their career in 2001 as an IT Systems Specialist at American Express Poland. In this role, they gained expertise in IT systems management. From 2009 to 2011, Wilhelm worked as an IT Security Expert at Bank Ochrony Srodowiska, where they focused on implementing internal security systems and conducting security testing and monitoring.

In 2011, Wilhelm joined SDI Media as the Director of Information Security. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring information secrecy, data protection, and general security governance. Wilhelm also acquired and maintained certifications and managed physical security systems. Wilhelm worked closely with senior IT and sites managers, reporting to the CIO/CTO.

In 2021, Wilhelm joined Iyuno as the Director of Security - Audits. In this position, they focused on security compliance audits, assessment meetings, physical security governance, and sites planning. Wilhelm collaborated with IT and Country Managers to execute policies and policies. Wilhelm'swork at Iyuno lasted until 2023.

Currently, Wilhelm is the Director of Security Assurance at Convergent Risks, a position they assumed in 2023.

Wilhelm Wilim began their education in 1997 at PW - Warsaw School of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska) where they pursued a degree in Management & IT Systems. Wilhelm completed their studies at this institution in 2002, obtaining a MA BA mgr inz degree. In 2006, Wilhelm enrolled in postgraduate studies at SGH - Warsaw School of Economics (Szkola Glowna Handlowa) specializing in IT Mgmt Systems with a focus on DB, IT Project Mgmt, Systems Analysis. Wilhelm completed this program in 2007, earning a MA degree. Wilhelm also holds several certifications including ISO27001 Auditor from QS ZURICH AG Zertifizierungen obtained in May 2013, CISSP from (ISC)² obtained in April 2012, TCSE Tufin Certified Security Expert (Firewalls Audits) from Tufin obtained in June 2011, CCSE (& CCSA) - Checkpoint Certified Security Expert from Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. obtained in January 2010, and MCSA: Security (MS Certified Administrator, specialization: Security) (incl. MCTS, MCP) from Microsoft obtained in July 2006.
