Xiaochuan Chai

Xiaochuan Chai worked at Convergent Science from September 2012 to June 2018. Xiaochuan started as a Research Engineer and was promoted to Senior Research Engineer in May 2014. In June 2016, they were promoted to Principal Engineer, and in June 2018, they became a Senior Principal Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Minnesota from August 2006 to August 2012 as a Teaching Assistant and then as a Research Assistant.

Xiaochuan Chai completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Mechanics from Zhejiang University in 2004. They then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Mechanics from the same institution, which they completed in 2006. Afterward, Xiaochuan went on to University of Minnesota to obtain a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, which they completed in 2012.
