Robert Giunta

Robert Giunta is a seasoned System Engineer currently employed at CSG Global Consulting since February 2022. Prior to this, Robert held various roles, including Secure Cloud Customer Support Engineer at Avaya and Senior Telecommunications Technician at Penn Medicine, where contributions included the Centrex to Avaya VOIP migration. Robert has extensive experience in telecommunications, having worked as a Telecommunications Analyst at Strategic Products and Services and as a Telecommunications Specialist at Susquehanna International Group, LLP, focusing on VOIP and Cisco migrations. Additionally, Robert has served as an Evening Class Instructor at Pennco Tech and has previous roles in customer service and tech support. Robert earned a degree in Project Management with concentrations in Information Technology Management and Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and holds an electrical certification from Pennco Tech-Bristol.
