John-Frank Stubits

John-Frank Stubits is the current Director of Sales & Business Development at Convergent. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner Account Manager for IT Systems Integrations at Convergent from March 2014 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading initiatives to maximize territory and account portfolio growth for Convergent. John-Frank also drove capital purchasing, leasing, technology rentals, and managed services recurring revenue models across a variety of industries.

From May 2012 to March 2014, Stubits served as the Assistant Director of Athletic Development and Executive Director of the Maroon Club at Lafayette College. In this role, they were responsible for leading the athletic development office and overseeing the fundraising efforts for Lafayette College Athletics.

Stubits began their career as a Relationship Manager and Sales & Marketing Solutions Specialist at Dun & Bradstreet in November 2007. In this role, they were responsible for managing relationships with clients and providing them with sales and marketing solutions.

John-Frank Stubits has a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College. John-Frank also attended Nazareth High School.

John-Frank Stubits reports to Christopher J. Jones, President & CEO. John-Frank Stubits works with Matt Kopp - SVP of Engineering, Bernie Elchin - SVP of Corporate Operations & Risk Management, and John Landis - Director of Operations & Managed Services.
