Hector Orbezo

Hector Orbezo has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Hector started their career at Axtel in 2002, where they held various roles over the years. Hector began as an Account Executive, responsible for acquiring and managing corporate accounts, including call centers and general businesses. Hector then progressed to the position of Sr. Commercial Manager, leading a team of 16 account executives and 2 coordinators in a multinational corporate accounting section. In this role, they focused on strategic planning to improve productivity and achieved an annual billing of $15,000,000 USD. Hector also served as Subdirector Ventas, overseeing sales activities, until January 2022.

In 2019, Hector joined Convergia as a Country Commercial Director, responsible for leading commercial operations in a specific country. In January 2022, they were promoted to the role of Country Commercial Director for Mexico and Brazil, expanding their responsibilities to cover these territories. Currently, Hector is the Head of Commercial LATAM at Convergia, a position they assumed in August 2022.
