Varghese Abraham has a strong background in technology and HR, having worked at Visa for over two decades in various leadership roles. Varghese is currently the Co-Founder of converj since July 2020. Prior to that, Varghese held positions such as Head of HR India & South Asia, Sr. Director of Global Technology, Director of Offshore Operations, and Director of Product Development at Visa. Varghese also has experience working as a Software Engineer at Mastech Corporation and Wipro Technologies. Varghese holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Mahatma Gandhi University.
