Malinda Coler is the CEO & CoFounder of Conversa AI, a talent screening product that accurately identifies top performing applicants. Prior to this, Malinda founded roadmap, a startup hiring approach, and was a cofounder at Almanac where Malinda launched a highly engaged contributor community. With a background in customer experience, business operations, and product management, Malinda has a Master of Arts in Spanish from New York University and a Bachelor in English and Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
