Jim Fischer

Jim Fischer is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in overseeing complex initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Conversant Group since May 2019, Jim has previously held the position of Project Management Consultant at ZeroChaos, where Jim designed a portfolio management system for over 150 projects and managed comprehensive project documentation. Additionally, during tenure as Senior Project Manager at The Health Collaborative, Jim was instrumental in establishing a Project Management Office, developing new onboarding processes, and creating systems to enhance project oversight using SharePoint.
