Tiffany Golla

Tiffany Golla has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as a Principal Managing Partner at Taylor's Construction, where they managed multiple sites and handled subcontracting, estimating costs, and allocating resources. In 2017, they transitioned to Grifols, initially working as a Biomedical Technician, responsible for customer service and donor preparation. Tiffany then took on roles as a Biomedical Technician (Donor Floor Trainer), Phlebotomist II (Donor Floor Team Lead), and BECS Phlebotomist Trainer, where they trained employees, maintained records, and oversaw training for new Blood Established Computer System implementations. Their most recent position is as a Technical Project Coordinator at Conversant Group, which started in 2023.

Tiffany Golla received their Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Business and Social Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, which they attended from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree from Coastal Carolina Community College between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Tiffany has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Project Management with Jira Cloud, Managing Jira Projects, Primavera P6 Essential Training, Smartsheet Essential Training, and Agile Project Leadership. The certifications were obtained between February and March of 2023.
