Scott Spann

Scott Spann is the Founder and Strategist at Innate Strategies, where work focuses on aiding Evolutionary Leaders, Change Agents, and Social Investors in addressing complex challenges by fostering coherence and enhancing decision-making within organizations. Spann also serves as a Strategist at Conversant, applying systems thinking to tackle intricate issues affecting business, society, and the environment. In academia, Spann has contributed as a Guest Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley, and Presidio Graduate School, educating future practitioners on sustainable development and innovative problem-solving.
