Tom Knighton

Tom Knighton possesses extensive experience in leadership and development across various roles. Currently serving as the Global Practice Leader for Executive Development at Conversant since December 2014, Tom also operates as the Owner/General Manager of Blustone Vineyards since April 2010. Previous positions include Partner at Mercer (November 2005 - December 2014) and Executive Vice President at AchieveForum (1986 - 2005). Earlier in their career, Tom held the position of Consultant at Omega Performance Corp (1986 - 1989) and Head of Training and Development at Continental Bank from 1981 to 1986. Educationally, Tom holds a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Wheaton College (1970 - 1974) and attended the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University from 1982 to 1984.
