Andranik Grigoryan

Andranik Grigoryan is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board at Converse Bank since January 2022, Andranik previously held significant roles, including Board Member at National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC and Director at the Central Bank of Armenia, where responsibilities encompassed financial system stability and regulation. Additionally, Andranik contributed to the Council of Europe as a Board Member on the Pension Reserve Fund Management Board and taught Enterprise Risk Management at Yerevan State University. With a solid educational background that includes a PhD in Corporate Governance and Economics, Andranik has played a pivotal role in developing risk management frameworks across various institutions.
