Grigori Zakaryan

Grigori Zakaryan, CFA, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Board Member at Converse Bank, where involvement began in January 2017, and also holds the position of Deputy CFO, Head of Treasury, Dealing & Financial Markets. Since September 2018, Grigori has been an Adjunct Lecturer at the Manoogian Simone College of Business and Economics at the American University of Armenia. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Board Member and Head of Treasury & Financial Markets at Armenian Development Bank OJSC from February 2003 to December 2016, and as a Monetary and Financial Statistics Specialist at the Central Bank of Armenia from 2002 to 2003. Grigori's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical Economics, a Master’s degree in Economic Theory, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, all obtained from Yerevan State University between 1998 and 2007.
