Lusine Stepanyan

Lusine Stepanyan possesses extensive experience in customer service and translation, currently serving as a Customer Service Team Lead at Converse Bank since May 2022 and as a Translator for Yerevan City since February 2021. Prior roles include Advisor at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, Head of Post Operations Department at AraratBank OJSC, and Head of Customer Service Process at Armenian Development Bank OJSC. Lusine’s career began as a Translator at ARDA charity. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both obtained from Yerevan State University.
