Nazeli Beglaryan possesses extensive experience in customer experience and quality control within the banking and telecommunications sectors. Currently, at Converse Bank since August 2021, Nazeli has held roles including Quality Control Chief Specialist, Customer Experience Senior Specialist, and Innovation and Quality Control Specialist. Prior to this, Nazeli worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at HayPost CJSC from October 2020 to July 2021 and as a Sales and Service Specialist at VEON from October 2018 to October 2020. Academically, Nazeli holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Armenian National Agrarian University, complemented by education from the College of National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
