Vahagn Melik-Parsadanyan

Vahagn Melik-Parsadanyan, CFA, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Board Member at Converse Bank, where responsibilities include asset-liability management, balance sheet optimization, and economic market analysis. Vahagn also lectures on fixed income modeling at Yerevan State University and has recently held a visiting lecturer position at Armenian State University of Economics. Previous roles include Head of Risk Management Department at the Central Bank of Armenia, where significant contributions to monetary policy implementation and risk analysis were made, and various positions in portfolio management and analysis. Vahagn holds a PhD in Quantitative Economics and has solidified expertise through extensive academic and professional experiences in finance and risk management.
