Doug Santo

Doug Santo is an accomplished geologist with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, and hydrogeology. Currently serving as Principal and Chief Geologist at Converse Consultants since October 2022, Doug has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Chief Geologist at American Geotechnical, Inc. from February 2014 to October 2022, and Principal Geologist at Douglas S. Santo, Consulting Geologist from March 2009 to January 2014. Prior positions include Principal Engineering Geologist at R.T. Frankian & Associates, President and CEO at Arroyo Geotechnical, and Vice President and Manager of the Geotechnical Division at Willdan.
