Nimisha Gandhi

Nimisha Gandhi began their career in 2009 as a Trainee at MetLife. In 2010, they became an Associate at Crafting Careers Pvt Recruitment Agency. The following year, they worked as an Intern at Lowe Lintas and Partners, where they assisted in organizing a press conference, wrote press releases, and articulated effective messaging strategy for the international client-Tourism Victoria, Australia. Nimisha was awarded for their excellent research work by the agency. In 2012, they became a Social Media Intern at La Quinta, where they used social media to improve the brand image of La Quinta, highlighting how they helped Hurricane Sandy victims. Nimisha also used Google Analytic to measure customer engagement, expanded sales, and improved the brand of the hotel by creating effective PR campaigns. In 2013, they worked as an Associate at TED Conferences-TEDxWallStreet. In 2014, they became a Senior Social Insights Analyst at Converseon, where they generated comprehensive social listening reports for multinational companies, translated, coded, and analyzed social conversations in English and Hindi language, and facilitated innovation by exploring and introducing new analytical techniques. Nimisha also worked as a Summer Intern at double E communications.
