Cassandra Medici has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cassandra started their career at Toys R Us in 2012, where they worked as a Front End Supervisor for over two years. In 2014, they joined The Children's Place as an Assistant Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Store Sales Manager. Cassandra also had a brief assistant manager role at Spirit Halloween before joining Brown Shoe Company as a Store Sales Manager in 2015. Later that year, they joined T-Mobile as a CSR before becoming a Social Media Specialist. In 2017, Cassandra worked as an OvaCue Specialist at Fairhaven Health, LLC. Most recently, they have been employed at Conversica, holding the positions of Technical Support Representative and Tier 2 Technical Support.

Cassandra Medici completed their high school education at Sedro-Woolley High School from 2004 to 2009, earning a diploma. After a gap of several years, they pursued further education in the field of software engineering. From 2020 to 2022, Cassandra attended Flatiron School, where they obtained a degree in Software Engineering.
