Derek Dzik

Derek Dzik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Derek started their career at the University of North Texas Outdoor Pursuits in 2013, where they worked as a Customer Service representative before moving up to Supervisor and ultimately Manager. In 2015, Derek joined Conversica as a Senior Technical Account Manager, and also had a role as an Engineering Intern during their tenure. In 2020, they returned to Conversica and took on the position of Conversation Performance Analyst. Most recently, in August 2021, Derek transitioned to the role of Software Development Engineer at Conversica.

Derek Dzik completed their education from 2012 to 2015 at the University of North Texas, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
