Rafael Zamora

Rafael has more than 20 years experience driving talent acquisition and human resources functions in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Conversica, Rafael was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Arista Networks (NYSE: ANET) the leading provider of Cloud Based Networking Solutions where he built a staffing organization responsible for Arista's explosive hiring of Engineering and Sales top talent. Prior to Arista, Rafael held senior level HR and Staffing management positions at Vocera, 3PAR/HP and Apple. He was instrumental in shaping the culture, HR department, and staffing functions to help scale several companies through successful IPOs. Rafael holds an M.S. in Organization Development from Cal State East Bay and a B.A. from University of California, San Diego.
