Jamie Lewis has a diverse range of work experience in the design field. They started their career working as a Kitchen Designer at IKEA Group from May 2016 to April 2017, gaining valuable skills in customer service and problem-solving. They then worked as a Product Designer at OSC Group from September 2020 to September 2021, where they contributed to various projects including website design, social media, and brand identity. In October 2021, Jamie joined Conversion as a Junior UI/UX Designer, working on major accounts such as The Times, Jaguar Land Rover, Deliveroo, Canon, and Unity. They were recognized for their exceptional work and were part of an award-winning team. Jamie quickly progressed to the role of Midweight UI/UX Designer, excelling in their responsibilities and leading internal projects to improve the company's win rate. In October 2023, Jamie was promoted to Lead UI/UX Designer and achieved significant success in designing experiments and winning over clients. They also received the Design of the Year Award for a product quiz and made substantial contributions to the company's growth and reputation.

Jamie Lewis completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Games Technology from the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2014. They also pursued a field of study in User Experience Design at The Interaction Design Foundation from 2020 to 2021. In addition, Jamie holds various certifications in the field of User Experience, including UX Management: Strategy and Tactics, User Research - Methods and Best Practices, Mobile User Experience (UX) Design, UI Design Patterns for Successful Software, Human-Computer Interaction - HCI, Become a UX Designer from Scratch, Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide, and User Experience: The Beginner's Guide. They also obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from The TEFL Org in 2017.
