Erin Pickering-Gutierrez

Erin Pickering-Gutierrez has over 10 years of work experience. Erin began their career in 2006 as a Professional Development Coach/Office Assistant at Blue Ridge Academy/VHM Studio. In this role, they created marketing materials, coordinated events, and coached private lessons. Later that year, they took on the role of VP Sales Executive Assistant at TetraData, where they created contracts for new clients, reviewed expense reports, and created and maintained sales reports and spreadsheets. In 2009, Erin started working at Menu Maker Catering as an Office Manager/Sales Assistant, where they initiated sales calls, booked and planned catering events, and performed administrative tasks. Also in 2009, they began working at Jan Williams School of Music as a Professional Vocal Coach/Piano Instructor, where they developed teaching material, evaluated students' interests, and planned and prepared music classes. In 2010, Erin began working at BNI as an Executive Assistant/Regional IT Support, where they reported directly to the Executive Directors, managed travel arrangements, and provided IT and online customer support. In 2012, they took on the role of Director of Operations at Third Coast Interactive, Inc, where they managed Online Reputation Management and Digital Branding projects, prepared and maintained content management, and created and maintained internal tasks. Finally, in 2018, Erin became the Director of Operations and Director of Account Management &HR Manager at Conversion First Marketing, where they also served as the HR & Production Manager.

Erin Pickering-Gutierrez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music from Anderson University between 2000 and 2004.
