Conversion Specialists, Inc. was formed to specialize in real estate sales and marketing with focus on condominium conversions.  The President, Mr. Carlson, has been licensed in the real estate business since 1974 and has been involved in performing condo conversions since 1992.  He has been licensed in 4 states. He recently published the CSI "Condominium Conversion Handbook"  which is now readily available online at the website www.condconversionhandbook.com along with associated materials for analyzing and implementing a condo conversion.
