Gretthel Luna

Gretthel Luna has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Gretthel began their career as an English Teacher at Academia Europea, where they taught English as a second language to adults and children. Gretthel was also responsible for managing the Children's Program.

Gretthel then worked as a Customer Service Agent at Sitel before joining White Shark Media® as an SEM Senior Strategist and later as an SEM Account Supervisor. In these roles, they supervised and motivated teams, ensured new hires were trained and certified, and improved client services.

Currently, Gretthel is working at Convert IT Marketing, LLC as the PPC Department Head. Responsible for managing a portfolio of PPC Campaigns for lawyers, they ensure monthly goals are met, manages budgets effectively, and optimizes campaigns for maximum results. Gretthel also stays updated with online marketing trends and manages new deals for the company.

Gretthel Luna has a diverse educational background. Gretthel obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Programming and Analysis from Broward College from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Universidad de Ingenieria (UNI-IES) between 2006 and 2010. Gretthel also holds an Associate of Science degree in Architecture from Universidad Americana (UAM) from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Gretthel Luna received a high school degree from Blaine High School from 1998 to 2002. Throughout their education, they have acquired various certifications, including Google Ad Search Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Google Ads Fundamentals, Google My Business Basics, HTML5: Structure, Syntax, and Semantics, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox.
