Mohamed Atteya has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple companies. Mohamed started their career at Vodafone in 2010 as a Customer Service Agent and later served as an Enterprise Account Manager and Senior Complaints and Retention officer. In 2015, they became a Business Analyst and then took on the role of Customer Experience Lead | Self-service in 2017. Mohamed joined Amazon in 2019 as a Program Manager, overseeing Customer Experience until 2022. Following that, they joined Khazna as the Head of Customer Experience until 2023. Currently, Mohamed holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at Convertedin.

Mohamed Atteya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ain Shams University, completing their education from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009 and 2010, they mastered a course in English Language and Literature, General from AUC - School of Continuing Education. In terms of additional certifications, Mohamed obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification in Ms-office from Microsoft in October 2011. Furthermore, Mohamed is an ICAgile Certified Professional, certified by ICAgile in July 2019. Lastly, they obtained a Management Consulting Specialization from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in March 2023.
