Evtim Dimitrov is the Global Head of HR, having previously served as HR Business Partner at ConverterTec from 2021 to 2024. Before that, Evtim was the Human Resources Director at Ocean Fenders from 2019 to 2021, and they began their career as a Human Resources Generalist. Evtim earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Accounting from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, completing their education in 2016 and 2018, respectively.
