Brad Prescott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Their most recent role was as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Converze Media Group, where they have been since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Associate at Sysco Food Service Of Los Angeles from December 2018 to June 2020. Brad also served as an Advisory Board Member at the Culinary Institute of Orange County from February 2017 to January 2019.
In 2017, Brad was the General Manager of Bar Louie, where they were responsible for opening a new large restaurant and bar in Orange County, hiring and training a team of 150 members and four managers. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Restaurant Consultant and provided services such as turn-arounds and management mentoring at California Restaurant Consulting.
Additional experiences include owning and operating Tiajuanas Maui llc/Tiajuanas Management from 2001 to 2011, serving as the General Manager of Crazy Horse SteakHouse and Saloon from 1996 to 2000, and holding various leadership positions in the food and beverage industry at Belmont Brewing Company, Belmont and Bonaventure Brewing, and Old Camp Bar and Grill.
Brad Prescott attended Laguna Hills High School from 1984 to 1988. Brad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Arizona State University from 1988 to 1993.
