Justin Scott has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Justin began their career in 2003 at Belluno Italian Restaurant, where they quickly progressed from bussing tables to serving and eventually became an Assistant Manager. In this role, they managed the daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing a team of servers, creating schedules, and handling financials.

In 2007, Justin joined Morton's The Steakhouse as a Server/In-house Trainer, responsible for training new employees on the restaurant's culture, procedures, and providing ongoing support and guidance. Justin excelled in this role for eight years.

In 2010, Justin transitioned to Jersey Pump as a Marketing Manager, IT, Social Media.
