Omer Farooq is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the telecom industry, specializing in business development, client success, and operations. Currently serving as the Business Head at Convex Interactive, Omer leads efforts in the North region and manages partnerships with major telecom companies while focusing on expanding CPaaS and digital communication solutions. Previously, Omer held various roles at Planet Beyond, including Senior Manager Projects, where they established a PMO and significantly increased revenue. Omer is passionate about enabling sales teams and fostering collaborative partnerships that drive measurable impact. Omer holds an MBA in Marketing from Bahria University and a BBA in Marketing from COMSATS.
