Paul Vince

Paul Vince is the current General Counsel at Conveyer. Paul has previous experience working as the VP and Associate General Counsel at Deltek, Inc. from September 2006 to December 2011 and as the Associate General Counsel at BearingPoint, Inc. from September 2003 to September 2006. In their role as the VP and Associate General Counsel at Deltek, they were responsible for hiring, training, and supervising transactional and IP Legal staff, consisting of attorneys, contracts managers and administrators. Paul also provided legal support, contract negotiation and drafting for customer contracts, software licenses and support, M&A due diligence, procurement/sourcing, leasing and facilities. Additionally, they handled Intellectual Property matters (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, privacy) related to capturing, protecting and commercializing proprietary methodologies and software. As the Associate General Counsel at BearingPoint, they provided legal support, contract negotiation and drafting for Alliances, Commercial Services, Marketing, Partner Sales, and Software Solutions groups. Paul also handled domestic and international/multinational consulting services and software/hardware implementation and development agreements.

Paul Vince has a JD from Golden Gate University, an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree from Adelphi University. Paul is certified by CA, CO, MD, TX, and USPTO and admitted to practice in Admitted to practice. Paul is also certified by the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals and the ACC - Association of Corporate Counsel.

They work with Girish Hippargi - Director, Engineering, Mike Rubino - CFO, and Maili Neverosky - Chief Growth Officer. Paul Vince reports to Carolyn Parent, CEO.
