Hélène Eastwood is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master and UX/UI Designer at Convidad since January 2024, while also teaching English as a Second Language at The American School of Barcelona since July 2020. Hélène has previously worked as a UX Writer at BeneTalk, contributing to the development of content for the SuperPenguin app. A certified UX Designer through CareerFoundry, Hélène employed a user-centered design process to create a responsive web application. Hélène’s instructional expertise spans various roles as an English Second Language Instructor in the UAE and other institutions, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Saint Mary's University, as well as a CELTA qualification for teaching English.

We are a self-managed team and we like following the Scrum framework and making continuous improvements every sprint.
