Hans Keijmel has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Sales, Customer Success & Marketing at Convious, a digital commerce platform for the leisure industry. Hans was responsible for delivering best-in-class digital experiences to guests and managing the venue at all visitor touchpoints.

Prior to that, Hans served as the VP of Sales at Hello Customer, where they were responsible for sales operations. Before that, they held various roles at Bloomreach, including Strategic Account Director and Global Director, Account Management. In these roles, they built and managed account management teams, developed new business, and maintained partner relationships.

Hans also has experience working at Avancos as a Business Development Manager, Capgemini as a Sales Executive Retail, NCR as an Account Manager Retail, Versatel as a Corporate Account Manager, Devoteam as an Account Manager, and NTNT as an Account Manager.

Hans Keijmel pursued their undergraduate studies from 1993 to 1997 at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht). During this period, they obtained a degree in MER (Economics, Law, Management). Continuing their educational journey, Keijmel is currently enrolled at NTI, where they are pursuing an MBA degree with a specialization in Strategic Management. This program commenced in 2022 and is ongoing.
