Max McCool

Max McCool has held various roles in the professional world since 2008. Max began their career as a National Advance Representative for John McCain 2008. After that, they worked as a Director of Development for Epiphany Productions in 2009. In 2011, they took on the role of Senior Associate for Winfrey and Company. In 2013, they became a Sales Representative for PCI Graphics, Inc. In 2014, they became the CSR, EVP of Shipping and Logistics for Signs By Tomorrow - Alexandria, VA. In 2017, they joined Cornerstone Defense as a Recruiting Manager and IT Technical Recruiter. Max was later promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to Convirgence as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Max McCool completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Lynchburg in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from James Madison High School.
