Ute Norz

Ute Norz has extensive experience in management consulting and sales, focusing on IT, business development, and entrepreneurial education. Currently serving as the Assistant to the management at IW JUNIOR gGmbH since February 2024, Ute contributes to promoting entrepreneurship education in schools. Previous roles include a Member of the Business Development Industry team at Convista AG from January 2023 to January 2024, and numerous positions at enowa AG and its predecessor companies, where Ute specialized in sales and marketing within IT consulting. Ute’s earlier career includes significant experience in personnel consulting, assisting medium-sized companies in recruitment and management consultancy. Starting as a Sales Manager at Heel Verlag GmbH from 1991 to 1999, Ute has developed a diverse skill set throughout a professional journey spanning over three decades.
